Customization Process

Step 1

Requirement consultation and design evaluation

Customers submit design documents/samples&requirement specifications, engineers evaluate production feasibility, provide process optimization suggestions and preliminary quotations.

Step 2

Technical confirmation and formal quotation

Confirm material, size, electroplating standards, packaging plan, and output formal quotation and delivery cycle plan.

Step 3

First edition sampling

3D modeling → wax pattern sampling → metal sample, first sample issued within 7-12 days, customer confirms details and can propose modifications and adjustments.

Step 4

Sample confirmation and contract signing

Sign and seal the sample, sign the production contract and confidentiality agreement, and pay the deposit.

Step 5

Batch production and full inspection quality control

Raw material incoming inspection → wax loss casting → manual polishing → inlay → electroplating → quality inspection of the entire process according to AQL 2.5 standard, with a production cycle of 25-45 days.

Step 6

Final inspection and logistics delivery

Pre factory final inspection&support for customer video/on-site inspection, arrange international logistics and provide a complete set of export documents and inspection reports.
