- Molds are created using traditional method based on the specificationfrom clients
- The molds are designed and computer-engraved based on the client'sspecifications and data, followed by prototyping using a 3D machine
Our zinc alloy jewelry is manufactured through five meticulous production processes.
First, craftsmen place the casting seed onto the rubber mold to arrange the product pattern. Then professional equipment applies heat and pressure to the rubber mold to form a complete casting cavity. Next, molten zinc is injected into the mold to cast the rough workpiece in one piece. After demolding, the workpieces are placed in a tumbling barrel for initial polishing to remove surface burrs and rough edges. Finally, skilled artisans conduct meticulous hand polishing, endowing each finished piece with a smooth, flawless surface and a refined, premium metallic luster.

For quantities exceeding 20,000 pieces of the same component, casting parts using silicone molds can save 40-50%compared to silicone rubber molds.Furthermore, the quality and aestheticsof alloy parts produced using castingmolds surpass those made with siliconemolds.
Brass castings offer a softer and more malleable characteristic comparedto alloy castings, making them an excellent choice for crafting intricateand beautiful jewelry. While traditional brass castings tend to be relativelyheavy, our utilization of innovative production techniques allows us to achievea thickness of up to 2mm. This ensures not only enhanced aesthetics but alsoincreased comfort for the wearer.

We are equipped with a complete set of full-line production facilities for MIM (Metal Injection Molding), delivering integrated manufacturing from mold development to finished product output.
Our workshop reserves multiple sets of forming molds to flexibly adapt to various product structures and customized demands. Vertical injection machines and horizontal injection machines work in coordination to complete the precision injection molding of metal feedstock efficiently. The green parts successively go through binder removal in the MIM degreasing furnace and high-temperature densification sintering in the MIM vacuum sintering furnace, which endows products with uniform and stable metal microstructure as well as reliable mechanical properties. Finally, metal finished products with high precision and premium texture are produced, and standardized control throughout the whole process ensures consistent quality across batches.
We adopt a mature investment casting (lost-wax casting) process, achieving high-precision forming of complex metal parts through six core procedures.
Craftsmen first complete wax tree production, assembling individual wax patterns into an integral casting tree. Then they conduct wax tree hanging paste, coating the wax tree with ceramic slurry and refractory sand layer by layer. Next comes the ceramic shell drying process, which fully cures the mold shell to form a stable cavity structure. After that, the dewaxing and shell firing process removes the wax pattern and sinters the mold into a high-strength, high-temperature-resistant ceramic shell. Then metal pouring is performed, with molten metal injected into the cavity to complete casting. Finally, gate removal is carried out to trim excess material and contours of the castings, delivering finished cast workpieces with precise dimensions and excellent surface quality, widely applicable to the production of various metal spare parts with complex structures.

For flat, thin components, brass pressing offers better qualityand lower cost than casting. It is suitable for brass sheetsaround 0.8-1.0 mm thick, which is also the typical finishedthickness.
We have a complete full-process production system for silver jewelry, covering three core links: mold making, quality control and polishing.
Professional craftsmen take charge of silver mold making, carefully finishing the mold patterns to ensure accurate product shapes and high-fidelity details. A dedicated quality control procedure carries out full inspection on the appearance and dimensions of every formed silver piece, strictly enforcing quality standards and rejecting defective items. The workshop is equipped with professional equipment including vibratory polishing machines and centrifugal barrel finishing machines. Through the standardized silver polishing process, finished products are endowed with delicate, uniform metallic luster and smooth touch, fully guaranteeing the exquisite texture and consistent batch quality of silver jewelry.

Coating Performance Review
Comprehensive Testing: Evaluate coating performance using microscope observation, hardness measurement, adhesion testing, and corrosion resistance.Compared to traditional water plating, vacuum plating (PVD)offers enhanced color retention, superior wear resistance, andis more environmentally friendly. Although the unit cost maybe slightly higher, its longer lifespan and low maintenancemake it a more cost-effective choice for high-end jewelry.
