OEM customized products require a one-time mold opening fee, which includes the costs of 3D CAD modeling, 3D resin printing, and steel/rubber mold production. Depending on the complexity of the design, the fee typically ranges from $50 to $150. The ownership of the mold belongs to you, and there is no need to pay the mold opening fee again for subsequent returns. ODM/OEM orders do not require payment of any mold opening fees.
The minimum order quantity for a single unique design is 50 pieces, far below the industry standard of 500 pieces. A maximum of 5 styles can be mixed in a single production without additional setup fees, and multiple SKUs can be tested, making it very suitable for market validation before brand scaling. If you provide 2-3 designs and target price points, we can recommend suitable minimum order quantities and production plans based on the current stage of the brand.
